Common parts

We stock service and parts manuals for most makes and models, also stylus (needles), fluorescent tubes, ballasts, vacuum tubes (valves), drive belts, cabinet keys, etc...

Keys - Note that most manufacturers of jukeboxes used specific keys for either one model or a number of models, and if you have lost the key we can provide you with a new one. This does not include the cash box those were ALWAYS unique locks. For example, Seeburg model 222/220 used a F336 key, as did the DS160...

Tips:

Testing Ballasts:

I have found that when approaching an unknown ballast that if you measure the voltage across the two bulb sockets and it is about 5- 10% HIGHER than your line voltage, then the ballast is OK. This avoids blowing up valuable or hard to replace fluorescent tubes. e.g. for 115VAC line you would see 120VAC or more, and for 220VAC you would see 230VAC or higher. If the voltage is the same as line, then the ballast has failed and will destroy your tube's filaments.

Ballasts also should read about 10 to 15 ohms resistance, if below 5 ohms assume bad, but this test is not as conclusive.
